Amarendra has more than 25yrs of diverse experience in Investment Management, Business Consulting, Data Analystics and Software Development. He started his career with software development and Consulting experience for 10yrs at AOL/Netscape Communications CA, USA and Oracle Inc CA, USA and IDC, India. After moving back to India and Prior to founding Goldvest he had co-founded successful Technology consulting company and nutraceuticals products manufacturing company. He Served as Board member on various companies board and worked closely with company managements Advising on Business strategies, Growth, rasing capital and capital allocation etc. His passion for Financial markets and its critical role in ecnomic growth of a country had led to founding Goldvest.
Amarendra is a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from CFA institute,
USA.
Amarendra is Advanced Management Program graduate at University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Amarendra holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Osmania University,
Hyderabad, India. He has completed certification courses in “Economics of Money
and Banking” from Columbia University.

Nimish Bhatt
He has over 30 years of
progressive experience in strategy, leveraged finance, equity issuance,
mergers and acquisitions, mutual fund management, operations,
technology, accounting, administration, and tax-related matters in the
global investment management industry.Before joining Thornburg, Nimish
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calamos
Asset Management, Inc. During his tenure at Calamos, he served as Chief
Financial Officer of Calamos Funds and was also responsible for fund
administration, operations, and information technology.
Previously, he served in various capacities for The BISYS Group, Inc.,
Evergreen Asset Management Corp., PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Ernst &
Young LLP, and KPMG. In addition to serving as a member of the
Distribution Board of Goldvest Capital Services.
He serves as a member of board
of directors of Thornburg Global Investment PLC (Ireland), New Mexico Museum of
Natural History Foundation, Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and Share My
Fortune, Inc. Previously he was a member of the board of directors of Calamos
Global Funds PLC (Ireland), Illinois Chamber of Commerce, and Indian Prairie
Education Foundation.
He also served as Chairman of the board of directors of NICSA and is a member of
the Investment Company Institute’s Accounting/Treasurers committee. Nimish has a
bachelors degree with a major in advanced accounting and auditing and a
post-graduate law degree from Indias Gujarat University. He also has a Master of
Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of
Business and completed Advanced Management Program at University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is currently registered with FINRA
with a Series 27 and 99 licenses.
Nipun Raj
Nipun Raj In his
current role as Senior Equity Research Analyst, assists the CIO in
fundamental bottom up research of various businesses. He conducts
Product Research of various financial instruments namely Mutual Funds,
AIFs, PMS etc. He is also actively involved in the Business Strategy and
Client Relationship management.
Prior to Goldvest, he has worked with Thomson Reuters as a Senior
Financial Analyst wherein he was responsible for Revenue Assurance of
the UK business vertical (Legal). He had hands-on experience on cost
management as well.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a graduate in Commerce
from Osmania University.
Dhwani Patel
Dhwani Patel holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Mahindra University. She is a CFA Level III candidate with the CFA Institute, USA. She's passionate about Indian capital markets and specializes in research, investment strategies, and portfolio management. Currently, she is engaged in Product Research in equity, debt and alternative investments.
Indu Sharma
Indu Sharma is responsible for managing HR functions. Prior to Goldvest she has 10 yrs experience as HR in companies related to IT and Finance. She earned Degree of MBA from International Management Center majored in Human Resource Management.
