Founder and Chief Investment officer of the company has diverse
experience in equity investments, Asset Management, Wealth Management,
Business Consulting and Software development. Prior to founding
Goldvest, he has co-founded nutraceuticals products manufacturing
company.
Amarendra has experience in leading large teams in Business
consulting and Financial software development at Oracle Inc, USA. He is
passionate about Financial Markets and
the role they play in economic growth and eradicating poverty.
Amarendra is a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from CFA institute,
USA.
Amarendra is Advanced Management Program graduate at University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and has a Masters degree (MS) in
Computer Sciences.
Amarendra holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University,
Hyderabad, India. He has also completed certification courses in “Economics of
Money and Banking” from Columbia University.
Nimish BhattHe has over 30 years of
progressive experience in strategy, leveraged finance, equity issuance,
mergers and acquisitions, mutual fund management, operations,
technology, accounting, administration, and tax-related matters in the
global investment management industry.Before joining Thornburg, Nimish
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calamos
Asset Management, Inc. During his tenure at Calamos, he served as Chief
Financial Officer of Calamos Funds and was also responsible for fund
administration, operations, and information technology.
Previously, he served in various
capacities for The BISYS Group, Inc., Evergreen Asset Management Corp.,
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Ernst & Young LLP, and KPMG. In addition to serving
as a member of the Distribution Board of Goldvest Capital Services, he serves as
a member of board of directors of Thornburg Global Investment PLC (Ireland), New
Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation, Greater Albuquerque Chamber of
Commerce and Share My Fortune, Inc. Previously he was a member of the board of
directors of Calamos Global Funds PLC (Ireland), Illinois Chamber of Commerce,
and Indian Prairie Education Foundation.
He also served as Chairman of the board of directors of NICSA and is a member of
the Investment Company Institute’s Accounting/Treasurers committee. Nimish has a
bachelors degree with a major in advanced accounting and auditing and a
post-graduate law degree from Indias Gujarat University. He also has a Master of
Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of
Business and completed Advanced Management Program at University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is currently registered with FINRA
with a Series 27 and 99 licenses.
Nipun RajNipun has earlier worked
with Thomson Reuters as a Senior Financial Analyst wherein he was
responsible for Revenue Assurance of the UK business vertical. He also
has, hands-on experience on cost management.
In his current role as Portfolio Research Analyst, he assists the
CIO in quantitative and fundamental research of various businesses and
industries. He is also actively involved in the Client Relationship
management.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a graduate in Commerce
from Osmania University.
Indu SharmaIndu Sharma is responsible for managing HR functions. Prior to Goldvest she has 10 yrs experience as HR in companies related to IT and Finance. She earned Degree of MBA from International Management Center majored in Human Resource Management.
